Back in law school, Mr. Warren interned within the Appellate Division of the Denver District Attorney’s Office. When he graduated and began his career in prosecution in Colorado, he was immediately tasked by his employers to handle all of the appellate work in the office, because it turns out that prosecutors really don’t like to write. When Mr. Warren transitioned to civil practice in 2016, the appellate work never slowed. Mr. Warren continues to be frequently called upon by fellow attorneys to handle their appeals. Over the years, Mr. Warren has briefed dozens of appeals, and has successfully overturned and defended trial court decisions in administrative, criminal, and civil matters.
